The Tallet is a charming three star holiday apartment converted from part of a Cotswold barn and situated on a smallholding in the small village of Preston – two miles from Cirencester, the renowned capital of the Cotswolds. It has sloping ceilings with oak beams and has been sympathetically refurbished this winter with new oak flooring and new kitchen equipment.
With the Water park, pretty villages and characterful pubs nearby, it makes an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds. Cirencester has many interesting shops, coffee houses and restaurants, including the Corinium museum with its emphasis on local Roman history. Within a few miles there are some wonderful Manor houses and gardens to enjoy.
